About This Cluster

These 28 images are frames from a single citizen-research slide deck built around the assassination of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. The deck is organized into numbered threads that its author argues belong together: section 1 is the CIA and its claimed link to UVU's Center for National Security Studies (written on the slides as NSCC or NCSS), section 2 is a set of Google Trends spikes the author says originated in Israel and Washington, D.C., and section 4 is the surveillance aircraft N1098L and the drones the deck says it can launch. Taken together the deck is one researcher's attempt to draw a single map across campus, foreign search traffic, and the aircraft overhead — which is exactly why it sits inside the CIA and US Intelligence cluster rather than in the aircraft or drone clusters alone.

The deck's most concrete assertions are about flight telemetry: the slides state that N1098L, which they associate with the callsign AXEL10 and the Army's HADES intelligence-surveillance program, normally cruises near 41,000 feet but descended to roughly 203 feet at about 116 knots one mile from UVU at 9:16 a.m. MT on September 10, and then looped back to the same altitude and speed about 25 minutes after the shooting. The slides also claim that seven UVU-associated profiles — the names shown include Mark Harlan, Dr. Elena Vasquez, Jamal Reid, Rusty Needs, and Sarah Klein — were removed from public web pages in late September 2025, and that search interest in some of those names spiked in Israel and Washington, D.C. All of this is the deck author's reading of public flight-tracking data, archived web pages, and Google Trends charts. None of it is a court finding, none of the named people has been charged with anything, and low passes near an airport, routine web-page maintenance, and news-driven search spikes all have ordinary explanations that the deck does not rule out.

Start with the N1098L flight-path slides — Photo 2 and Photo 5 — then the campus-profile slides such as Photo 1 and Photo 4. The same profile screenshots at higher resolution live in the N1098L NCSS CIA sub-cluster. For the written analysis behind each thread see N1098L and the HADES program, N1098L air-launched drones, Israeli search patterns, and the U.S. Intelligence section.
