This is a still pulled from Cabot Phillips's own posted video, showing the floor he is walking on. It is the comparison target — the frame the post asks readers to set beside the two claimed Fort Huachuca interiors and judge for themselves.
The comparison comes from an X post of January 15, 2026 by @AMeadowInquiry, which reshared a video Cabot Phillips had posted and wrote: "We know Fort Huachuca has the same carpet on its base that Cabot is seen walking on in his Alibi video. What is his video supposed to prove? All the Ft. Huachuca rooms have the dark trim between the floor and wall and there's that yellow wall again..." The site's write-up of this claim invites exactly that examination: readers can look at the carpet, trim, and wall color in each pair and form their own view about whether the similarity is strong, weak, or coincidental.
This is a visual-similarity claim by one account, not a forensic identification. No metadata, geolocation, or building number has been published for any of the four images, and government-contract carpet, base molding, and institutional wall paint repeat across enormous numbers of federal and contractor facilities. Cabot Phillips is a living person who has not been accused of any offense, and no agency has said his video was recorded anywhere other than where he said it was.
