This is the holding page for image evidence tied to the U.S. intelligence community rather than to the CIA specifically — the questions researchers have raised about the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the National Counterterrorism Center, the NSA, and the Army intelligence establishment at Fort Huachuca in the weeks around the September 10, 2025 assassination of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University. The recurring thread through this whole area is the reported shutdown of the foreign-lead inquiry: Joe Kent, who led the NCTC, has said publicly that his counterterrorism review of foreign angles was closed out, and researchers keep asking who ordered that and on what basis.

It concerns a video posted by Cabot Phillips and an open-source researcher's claim that the carpet pattern, dark floor trim, and yellow wall visible in that video resemble interior rooms at Fort Huachuca, the Army Intelligence Center in Sierra Vista, Arizona. That is a visual-similarity argument made by a single X account, not a forensic identification and not a finding by any investigating body — institutional carpet, base molding, and wall colors repeat across countless government and commercial buildings. Cabot Phillips has not been accused of any wrongdoing, and the site's own write-up of the claim says plainly that it is unverified.
