About This Cluster
This cluster holds a single annotated photo circulated on X during the investigation's review of directed-energy and surveillance-hardware claims. The image labels ordinary-looking utility-pole equipment as an "electronic assault weapon," a phased-array vehicle radar scanner, a WiFi passenger tracker, and a brain scanner. It was filed with the MKUltra material because it belongs to the same targeted-individual claims genre the investigation examines when weighing influence-technology theories around Tyler Robinson.
The annotations are the poster's claims, not verified identifications — the hardware shown is consistent with common municipal radio, traffic-sensor, and communications equipment, and no connection between this pole, the labeled devices, or the September 10, 2025 assassination has been established. The investigation keeps it as a specimen of how the surveillance-hardware genre reads infrastructure, useful context when separating documented capability from circulated claims.
View the annotated pole image, then see the related diagram set in Project T6224 and the primary-source scans in Artichoke Project. The written analysis of influence-technology claims is under Gov Mind Control.
