This cluster holds the image evidence behind the question of whether US intelligence agencies were connected to the assassination of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. The images track three threads researchers keep returning to: Fort Huachuca, the Army Intelligence Center in Arizona that received the mysterious SAM 99-0404 VIP flight on September 8-9; the intelligence-linked surveillance jet N1098L that flew low passes near Orem the day of the shooting; and the reported CIA-affiliated presence on the UVU campus itself. It also covers the declassified Project Artichoke and MKUltra record that researchers cite when arguing an involuntary-assassin program is not hypothetical but documented CIA history.

The key evidence includes a Fort Huachuca military police report dated September 9, 2025 naming a retired joint-task-force veteran, Candace Owens' published tip mail and posts tracing the C-37A flight booked, she reports, by the office of Under Secretary of War for Intelligence Bradley Hansell, and screenshots documenting the claim that UVU scrubbed the staff profile of a former CIA officer after the shooting. None of this is a court finding — each item is an attributed claim from independent researchers, and the DVIDS composite in this cluster even preserves the official Army caption that cuts against one reading of the flight photo. The open questions are who flew to Fort Huachuca on September 8, why the transponder went quiet, and why the campus profiles came down.
