Debris in the Seat Track Gap of the Transport SUV
What This Image Shows
A close-up of the narrow gap between the front seat base and the side sill of the vehicle. Textured black plastic seat trim runs across the upper frame, dusty and faintly smudged, with brownish marks at the upper-left edge. Below it a semi-glossy black metal seat adjustment rail runs horizontally. Along the carpet crevice beneath it, numerous small dark shiny fragments are packed thickly — the description reads them as crushed dried leaves, soil, or crumbs. A bound-edge floor mat is visible at far left, a light grey-blue leather seat bolster curves in at right, and a crinkled clear plastic water bottle with a blue ribbed cap lies horizontally behind the bolster.
This is one of the frames used on the host page SUV Transporting Charlie, where the debris along the seat rail is the point of the photograph. Proponents of the exploding-mic argument read small hard fragments in the cabin as wreckage from a device that came apart; the alternative readings are ordinary vehicle debris, scene material carried in on shoes and clothing, or medical-response litter.
Nothing here has been sampled or identified. The image is preserved as primary-source material so the debris itself, rather than any single interpretation of it, can be examined. See also Burnt Object in the SUV — RODE Transmitter Claim and Microphone — The Exploding Mic Theory.
