Circled Square Puncture in an Interior Trim Panel

A high-detail macro of a dark slate-grey textured plastic interior panel, its fine pebbled grain clearly resolved. Near the lower-left quadrant is a very small, clean, square-shaped hole, deep black inside, indicating it passes through the material. A thin dark grey circle has been digitally drawn around it. At the upper left the panel meets coarse fibrous black automotive carpet carrying a fragile piece of dried reddish-brown organic matter, crinkled and curled to show a lighter tan underside. A smooth curved black trim piece or weatherstrip runs diagonally at right, with a small blurred metallic clip behind it.
A clean square puncture is the kind of feature that draws attention in a debris argument, because a square profile is unusual for either window glass or ordinary wear. Proponents of the exploding-mic reading point to hard fragments in the cabin capable of penetrating trim; the alternative readings are a factory moulding feature, a mounting hole, or damage unrelated to the event.
The image does not settle it. There is no scale reference in the frame, the hole has not been examined, and no material has been recovered from it in any published record.
