About This Cluster
This cluster holds three iMessage captures from a 2023 thread with a contact saved as "Charlie Kirk New," published by Candace Owens as part of her account of her friendship with Charlie Kirk. They matter to the investigation because Owens has become the loudest voice arguing that Kirk's break with certain donors and his shift on Israel policy is the missing motive, and because she says she was told days after the shooting, "It was supposed to be you." These screenshots are her documentary basis for the first half of that argument — evidence that the two were privately aligned on the subject years before September 2025.
The captures are timestamped across October and November 2023. The first thread opens "Listening. Amazing. Your show rocks btw," then, dated Oct 23, 2023: "Thank you the defense on twitter today. The Jews were very angry at me, again today. Go figure," followed by "Their expectation is that you defend them but they are silent if anything happens to Christians." The reply describes deciding not to use her platform that way: "When I realized it was one sided and how vicious they would get if I didn't do their bidding I was just done with it." The second, dated Oct 24, 2023, is short: "There are some verses in the Talmud that will blow your mind" / "I'm aware of them" / "The Talmud is not 'biblical' but it's their rabbinical interpretations of Judaism" / "Thoughtcrime." The third, dated Nov 17, 2023, discusses a public falling-out with a figure referred to only as "Ben," and closes with "The Israel First thing is something I cannot comprehend. AIPAC going after Thomas Massie was a major wake up call for me. Cannot have foreign interest groups going after our congressmen." These are unverified screenshots as published; the site records their content with attribution and draws no conclusion about any third party from them.
