The file this image was saved under records the point being made: a Miranda reading at 6:25 PM on September 11, 2025. That timestamp is the pivot of the whole custody argument. The same encounter is quoted at greater length in defense filings as discovery exhibit Bates 003996-R2, where the internal video timestamp 03:36:53 corresponds to 06:25 PM and the request for counsel follows one minute later.
The highlighting is a researcher's, and this crop shows a portion of a longer filing rather than the whole document. What it establishes on its face is that a rights reading and an immediate invocation of counsel are recorded in the court record.
