The reason this is an archive capture rather than a live page is the retirement. Lunnen's retirement took effect August 1, 2025, and the last capture in the toolbar is 5 Aug 2025 — the page came down shortly after he left the bench, which is normal practice.
It is preserved here because he is the judge whose departure created the vacancy that Judge Graf filled, weeks before the case arrived. Establishing who held the seat, and until when, is basic timeline work. Nothing about either judge's conduct is alleged. See Judge Robert Lunnen and Judges.
