Page 5 Paragraph 3 — Annotated Message Excerpt
What This Image Shows
A screenshot of a typed document headed Page 5 paragraph 3. The text is an investigative summary followed by a transcript of text messages between Tyler Robinson and Lance Twiggs, referencing an FBI investigation. Two annotations have been added by whoever shared it: a thin red underline near the top and a thick red rectangle boxing a passage near the bottom.
The annotations are a reader's emphasis, not part of the document. What is being emphasized is the message traffic itself, which is central to the State's account of the hours after the shooting and equally central to the arguments against it.
The message record is contested on timing rather than content. The argument documented across the Mirandize cluster is that if the phone was seized when a Miranda reading was logged at 6:25 PM on September 11, messages sent later that evening could not have been typed by its owner. Nothing on this page resolves that, and Robinson is charged, not convicted. See Twiggs Phone, Robinson Phone and Devices, and Discord Evidence in Court.
