The highlighting marks the arrest-date fields. That is the whole reason this version exists alongside the unmarked copy in this cluster: a researcher wanted the date and time entries readable at a glance, because those entries are the fixed points every version of the timeline has to accommodate.
Circulated readings of this record give an arrest date of 09/11/2025 at 10:00 PM and a date in of 09/12/2025 at 01:58 AM, with charges including aggravated murder, obstruction of justice and felony discharge of a firearm. The 6:25 PM Miranda reading documented in the defense filings precedes both. Whether that gap reflects a lawful investigative hold or something else is the argument, and it is not resolved by this page. Robinson is charged, not convicted.
