Utah County Booking Sheet and PC Statement
What This Image Shows
An official Inmate Booking Sheet and PC Statement from the Utah County Sheriff's Office for Tyler James Robinson. The layout is a clean table of personal, physical and arrest details over a faint background security watermark. A black redaction bar covers the driver's licence number.
This is the counterpart document to the Miranda filings in this cluster. The booking record is where the State's dates and times are written down: the arrest entry, the agency, the time in, and the charges. Circulated versions of this record list an arrest date of 09/11/2025 at 10:00 PM and a date in of 09/12/2025 at 01:58 AM.
The argument researchers build from it is arithmetic. A 10:00 PM arrest in Washington County by an officer based in northern Utah requires a departure hours earlier, and a 01:58 AM arrival back in Utah County matches a roughly four-hour drive. Attorney Baron Coleman used exactly that reasoning to argue the arresting officer must have set out around 6:30 PM — close to the time the Miranda reading is logged. The counterargument is that a lawful investigative hold permits a gap between custody and a rights reading. Robinson is charged, not convicted.
