What This Image Shows

A close-up screenshot of a law enforcement charging document. A semi-transparent overlay at the top reads 1 of 3, marking it as the first page of a three-page set. Below, the name ROBINSON, TYLER JAMES appears with personal information redacted, followed by a table listing three offenses, each dated 09/12/2025.

The offense date is the detail. Every charge on this sheet carries September 12, the day the official account gives for the formal arrest — not September 11, the day the Miranda reading documented elsewhere in this cluster is logged.

That is the paperwork position, stated cleanly. Researchers argue it shows the formal record was generated after the fact and does not reflect when custody actually began. The counterargument is that offense and arrest dates on a charging sheet follow the formal booking, not the first contact, and that a delay of this size is permissible under a lawful investigative hold. Both readings survive this page. Robinson is charged, not convicted. See Probable Cause Affidavit and Investigative Hold Counterpoint.
