The arrow is doing the work. Social platforms show a precise posting time in a tooltip when a cursor rests on the displayed date, and the person who took this screenshot deliberately exposed it before capturing. That is a method for pinning an official statement to a minute rather than a day.
The underlined sentence is the office's own characterization of when and how the suspect came into custody. Set against the 6:25 PM September 11 Miranda timestamp documented elsewhere in this cluster, the question researchers ask is whether an office in the county where that reading is recorded described the sequence the same way the next morning.
