About This Cluster​

These three images are the exhibits behind the single most consequential timing question in the case against Tyler Robinson. They were circulated by @VLuvMully on July 11, 2026 and they are the evidence base for the argument that Robinson was already in custody, and already without his phone, when the Discord messages the state treats as a confession were posted at roughly 7:57 PM on September 11, 2025.

Taken together they form a chain. The first is a defense filing quoting the discovery video Bates 003996-R2: at internal timestamp 03:36:53, logged as 06:25 PM, an officer reads the Miranda warning, and at 06:26 PM / 03:37:38 Robinson asks for counsel by name. The second is a summary of the assembled custody timeline — Miranda at the Washington County Sheriff's Office at 6:25 PM on 9/11, a Utah County booking entry at 10:00 PM on 9/11, a formal arrest time of 04:00 on 9/12 after transport. The third is the inmate booking sheet itself, listing booking #460956, an arrest date of 09/11/2025 10:00 PM, a Date In of 09/12/2025 01:58 AM, and charges including aggravated murder. Investigators read the gap between the 6:25 PM reading and the 10:00 PM paperwork as evidence that the formal arrest record was generated hours after Robinson was already being held. That reading is contested, and Robinson is charged, not convicted.
