About This Cluster​

This cluster is the paper trail. Almost every image here is a filing, a docket screenshot, a statute page, or a records exhibit from State of Utah v. Tyler James Robinson, Case No. 251403576, in Utah's Fourth District Court before Judge Tony F. Graf, Jr. The prosecution's case is where the official account of September 10, 2025 is written down, dated, and signed, which makes it the one place where the official account can be checked against itself. That is why researchers photograph filings rather than summarize them: the Information filed September 16, 2025, the Order to Hold Without Bail signed September 12, 2025, the stipulated motions over preserving evidence, and the motions to classify hearing transcripts and audio as private all carry dates and docket numbers that either line up with the timeline or do not.

Three threads run through the images. The first is secrecy — a stipulated motion asks the court to seal the transcript and audio of the October 24, 2025 hearing as "private," and a screenshot of a folder holding 98 downloaded Robinson court PDFs shows how much of the record citizen researchers have had to assemble themselves; see Gag Orders and Sealing and Discovery and Brady Disputes. The second is the judge. Judge Robert C. Lunnen retired effective August 1, 2025, and Governor Spencer Cox appointed Graf to the vacancy on May 2, 2025; Graf was sworn in August 4, 2025, weeks before the case landed on his bench. Researcher @BasedSamParker posted Google Trends comparisons of "Tony graf" and "Robert lunnen" — including one filtered to Israel — arguing the search spikes are worth explaining. Those are search-interest charts, not evidence of anyone's conduct, and no claim of wrongdoing by either judge has been established. The third thread is statute: Utah SB0082, Autopsy Photo Amendments, signed March 26, 2025 and effective May 7, 2025, made it a class B misdemeanor to share medical-examiner autopsy photographs, which researchers say narrows what the public can ever see of the autopsy record.
