About This Cluster

Both images on this page are screenshots of public X posts by the account "Project Constitution" (@ProjectConstitu) asking the same question: were drones flying over the TPUSA event at Utah Valley University on the day Charlie Kirk was shot. The first argues the possibility should not be dismissed. The second circles what the poster calls a "mysterious man" holding a controller-like device in the crowd. Neither establishes that a drone was present, and the object in the second post is not identified. What they document is that the drone question became an active thread in the online discussion of the case within days of the shooting.

Separately, and on a different kind of evidence, the ADS-B record shows the business jet N1098L making low, slow passes near the Utah Valley that morning. That flight profile is in the public tracking data and stands on its own. It does not by itself say anything about drones, and no drone has been tied to it by any record this investigation has been able to obtain.
