Armed Officers on the Road Below the Wall

What This Image Shows

Three men in military-style tactical gear walk along an asphalt road in bright, harsh daylight, carrying rifles fitted with optics. Behind them rises a steep terraced hillside reinforced with concrete retaining walls and sparse vegetation. A small out-of-focus sign is visible at the extreme lower left.

The terrain is the point. Terraced retaining walls of this kind sit along the edges of the campus and the streets that climb away from it, and they define which routes on foot are actually passable — a person moving off the road here would be climbing a wall face, not cutting across open ground.

That constraint bears directly on the timeline dispute. The official account has the suspect covering the distance between the rooftop, the residential streets, and the wooded recovery area on foot, and the terrain determines how long that takes and where it can be observed from. See Gun Dropped Location, Impossible Timeline material at Gun Discovery Sequence, and the aerial maps in this cluster.
