What This Image Shows​

A high-angle photograph taken through a chain-link fence, whose out-of-focus diagonals cross the whole frame. Shooting through the fence is itself informative: the photographer could not get closer, which means the area was already closed off. This is documentation from the public side of a cordon rather than from inside an operation.
