What This Image Shows​

A repeat capture of the twelve-month Google Trends series for "Michael Harlan" in the Washington DC (Hagerstown) bucket, tooltip again on August 24-30, 2025 at a value of 100, with the second spike visible in late 2024 and the axis running October 20, 2024 to September 21, 2025.

The name comes from the disputed crew list for N1098L, the Bombardier Global 6500 that dropped to roughly 203 feet near the Utah Valley University campus on the morning of September 10, 2025 and repeated the maneuver about twenty-three minutes after the shooting. Crew names for private ISR flights are not published by the FAA, the operator, or any flight-tracking service, so the lists circulating on X are unverified and mutually contradictory.

Five separate captures of this one name exist in this cluster — two dated to August 2025, two to December 2024, one untooltipped, plus a further capture under the variant spelling "Mark Harlan". Repetition on this scale is not accidental filing. The researcher is building a record that survives challenge: Google Trends recomputes as its window moves and this investigation includes claims that results later became unavailable, so multiple independent captures of the same query returning the same values are the only durable proof of what the tool showed.
