A low-resolution Google Trends capture in which the search terms are address queries. The legible strings are the townhome address and a variant pairing that address with a personal name. The street address is withheld here: the residents include a private individual who has not been charged with any crime. The filter row is partly obscured but shows a ninety-day window, and the tooltip reads Aug 31 - Sep 5, 2025.
The address is the St. George, Utah residence associated with Lance Twiggs, the former roommate of the man later charged. Searching a full street address is qualitatively different from searching a name: an address is a location, not an identity, and the string has essentially no organic search demand. The week the tooltip marks — August 31 to September 5, 2025 — ends five days before the shooting.
Researchers treat this as one of the stronger items in the whole search thread for exactly that reason, while noting the capture's poor legibility means the region filter cannot be confirmed from the image alone.
