A panel from the same compiled research table. Three groups of terms are listed with the region and date the compiler says he observed them.
The first group is people: "greg shaffer" DC 7/11, "sherry steele" DC 8/8, "andrew zenger" DC 8/7, "derek maxfield" DC 9/7, "orem ut police" DC 8/24, which his note characterizes as "local security, LE, witnesses, or cut-outs". The second is aircraft: "n1098l" DC 8/5, "hades n1098l" DC 7/27 and 8/5, "n888kg" DC 8/20 and 8/28, annotated "private aircraft tail numbers tied to operation or surveillance", with the observation that "civilian tail-number searches are vanishingly rare". The third is a single name: "tyler james robinson" in DC and in Huntsville AL, both on 9/9 — annotated "shooter's full legal name one day before arrest" and "middle name and existence still secret to public".
The September 9 entry is the compiler's strongest claim in the entire table, and it is also the one that most needs its own primary capture to stand up, since a hand-transcribed date in a table proves nothing on its own. The annotations quoted above are his characterizations, reported with attribution and not adopted here. Nothing in this table establishes that any person searched anything, and no wrongdoing by any named individual is asserted.
