This is an annotated juxtaposition, and the annotations are the argument. The implication the layout invites should be resisted, because the underlying material does not support it. The 2013 Trump post concerns a different subject entirely and predates these events by twelve years. Capital punishment was a routine topic of commentary in this circle, and Kirk himself was a public death-penalty advocate. The September 10 post is timestamped after Kirk was shot at 12:23 p.m. Mountain time, and in that context reads most naturally as a reaction to the killing rather than anything else.
Josh Hammer is a living person who has not been accused of any offense by any authority, and nothing in these posts indicates advance knowledge of anything. The juxtaposition is the annotator's editorial choice. Nothing here shows that any person or government had advance knowledge of the assassination or any role in it. Prosecutors have charged a domestic suspect who has not been convicted, and no Israeli individual or institution has been shown to have any connection to Charlie Kirk's death.
