Harrison Smith Confirms the Claim on September 10

Screenshot of an X thread asking Harrison H Smith to confirm a claim with his one word reply

What This Image Shows

This screenshot captures the moment the earlier post was put back to its author. The account @ViceLitty quotes Smith's August post — the one reading "I'm not gonna name names, but I was told by someone close to Charlie Kirk that Charlie thinks Israel will kill him if he turns against them," highlighted in yellow — and asks: "Is this true @HarrisonHSmith I only need a yes or no." Smith's reply, one hour later, is a single word: "yes." @ViceLitty answers, "Thanks man, this is unconscionable and I'm so sorry."

The metrics on the quoted post read 2:34 PM, 10 Sep 25, 240K views, 767 reposts, 185 quotes, 5,108 likes, 849 bookmarks. That timestamp is the day of the assassination, which is why this thread traveled so far so fast.

What Smith confirmed is that he was told this — not that it is true, and not that it identifies anyone. The underlying source remains unnamed, and Kirk's own words on the point have never been produced. Nothing here shows that any person or government had advance knowledge of the assassination or any role in it. Prosecutors have charged a domestic suspect who has not been convicted, and no Israeli individual or institution has been shown to have any connection to Charlie Kirk's death.
