It is filed alongside the condolence letter because both carry a September 2 date, eight days before the assassination, and the folder name states the inference researchers drew from that.
What the post actually says is worth reading closely before that inference is accepted. It names no person, no country, no city, and no event. It refers to political and military developments in general terms of the kind that geopolitical commentators publish constantly. There is no reference to Charlie Kirk, to the United States, or to Utah, and nothing in it indicates advance knowledge of anything.
