Those two dates are where the public account is at its most contested. The site's own research file records the dispute in detail: whether the arrest occurred on the evening of September 11, 2025 or the following afternoon, when the phone was taken, when the person was advised of rights, and how that squares with the timestamps on the messages later attributed to the accused. Analysts have argued that an arrest and custody at around 6:25pm on September 11 cannot be reconciled with an online exchange later that evening. That is a contested reading of the record, presented here as the argument researchers have made rather than as an established conclusion.
