Proponents of the exploding-mic argument reason that a transmitter that fragmented would scatter small glass and electronic pieces through the cabin, while a single rifle round would not.
That reading is a reported interpretation, not a forensic finding. No sample has been publicly tested, and ordinary explanations — vehicle glass, medical-response debris, or unrelated material — have not been excluded.
