CLAHE is contrast limited adaptive histogram equalization, a standard image-enhancement technique that raises local contrast. The exhibit uses it to argue that the object on the shirt can be measured against the published dimensions of a specific product and matched or excluded. Its framing as a defense analysis in the Tyler Robinson prosecution is itself part of the claim; nothing indicates it was filed with any court, and it should be read as an advocacy exhibit, not a court record.
