Crowd frames like this are collected because the position of individual attendees relative to the stage is used in reconstructions, and because the red-cap figure recurs across multiple frames from this angle. The image quality here is a genuine limit: at this pixelation, clothing color and body position are readable but faces, objects in hands, and background structures are not.
