The composite is an argument by juxtaposition: scene detail on top, product reference below. The small tear in the wet surface is the feature the poster is directing attention to, on the reasoning that a projectile or a fragment would leave a puncture where soft debris would not. Pairing it with the transmitter close-up is how the exploding-mic reading is asserted.
No connection between the panels is established by the image itself, and no fragment recovered from the vehicle has been publicly identified as part of any device.
