Each stage predicts something that should be visible or audible at a stated time, and the ordering is the argument: that shirt movement precedes visible blood, that debris appears before the sound reaches the crowd, and that the posture seen in the video is a neurological response to a pressure wave rather than to a projectile.
It is a model, not a measurement. Nothing in it is derived from case evidence; the numbers are the author calculated expectations for a hypothetical charge. The official finding remains a rifle shot.
