The collage is an assertion made entirely in graphics: it names an operation, illustrates a mechanism, and attributes it by flag, without presenting any evidence for any of the three. That is worth saying plainly rather than paraphrasing the imagery as though it were analysis.
No such device has been recovered, no operation of that name has been documented, and no state or agency has been shown to have any role in the events of September 10, 2025. The graphic is preserved because it circulated and because this cluster documents what was published, not because any part of it is established.
