The frame was circulated on June 26, 2026 by @KaySu00 with the question: Why is there burned or charred material in the SUV. The reasoning behind the question is that a device detonating against the body would produce heat and combustion, whereas a single rifle round would not typically char surrounding tissue or fabric. Charring, on that argument, is a signature that distinguishes the two.
That is a reported interpretation drawn from a broadcast screenshot, not an authenticated forensic finding. The fragment has not been independently identified or tested, and lighting, image compression, and unrelated debris cannot be ruled out.
