The earliest frame in this set. A slightly low-angle wide shot taken from behind a steel crowd barrier at the Utah Valley University event. A man in a two-tone baseball cap — light beige crown, faded dark brim — fills the lower left; his eyes are hidden by the brim. Behind the barrier sits a white stage structure with equipment cases beneath it, then the white canopy tent, then a dense crowd on a bright green grassy slope under a clear sky.

The on-screen text is what makes this the anchor frame. The canopy reads AMERICAN COMEBACK and PROVE ME WRONG. The burned-in timecode reads 12:23:42:20. And the cap itself resolves: MARSEILLE, EST. 600 BC, FRENCH RIVIERA.

That cap is the only reason this man is in the archive. Charlie Kirk was shot at 12:23:30 PM MDT, so if the timecode is clock time this frame sits about twelve seconds after the shot. He has never been identified, has not been accused of anything by anyone, and a souvenir cap naming a French city is not evidence of anything at all.
