This is within a second or two of 12:23:55 PM, the time recorded elsewhere in the investigation for Charlie Kirk being carried to the vehicle, with the SUV beginning transport at about 12:24 PM.

So this frame shows the SUV at the moment that matters, with its window down and someone inside. The cap and hair are consistent with the man in the earlier courtyard frames, though at this angle and resolution the match is a visual judgement rather than a certainty. Looking toward a vehicle during an emergency is what everyone present was doing. He has not been identified and is not accused of anything. See Timeline and Cause of Death.
