Witness Offering 11 Minutes of 8K Footage

The attached photograph is a close-up selfie of two smiling men in the foreground with a dense crowd behind them, a white promotional tent, and a modern building facade — the Utah Valley University event as it looked before the shot.
The reply reads: "I know who he is I've reached out to you so many times this is my best friend. I'm in the red hat and gray shirt I have 11 minutes of 8K footage that I've been wanting to give you but no one's gotten back to me."
Two separate things are in that sentence. One is a claim to know the identity of a man researchers were trying to name — an unverified claim like the others in this thread. The other is a claim that an attendee holds 11 minutes of 8K video from inside the crowd and has been unable to get it to anyone. That second claim is the reason this image is filed. High-resolution attendee footage is exactly the material that would settle several disputes in this case, and this cluster documents more than one report of such footage going nowhere.
