This image is a screenshot of a social media post from a platform resembling X (formerly Twitter). The post contains text and a collage of three photos showing individuals at what appears to be a political rally or public outdoor event, focusing on a man with a camera. The poster raises a theory about a "guy with a long lens camera" not flinching when a shot is fired.

That inference is the poster's alone, and it is a serious one to attach to a stranger in a crowd photograph. Startle response varies enormously between people and cannot be judged from stills; press and event photographers are trained to keep shooting; and a man holding a camera at a public event was doing what he was there to do. The individual pictured has not been identified, has not been named in any filing, and has not been connected to the events of September 10, 2025 by any investigator, agency or court.
