This is the single most load-bearing document in the cluster, because it is a record rather than a photograph. It places an arrest by Orem PD on the morning of September 11, 2025 — the day after the shooting — and a release the same evening, under seven hours later.
Two things follow. First, this record is what the GRAMA public-records response reportedly contradicted when requesters were told nobody was arrested; both cannot be complete. Second, the same-day release is what commentators seized on, arguing that a felony obstruction booking that ends in a same-day release with no bail is unusual. Reports that the charges were later dropped have circulated but are not shown on this screenshot. Nothing here connects this man to the shooting, and he has not been charged in connection with it.
