The red circle marks a reaction cluster. Frames like this get analyzed for direction — who ducks first, which way people turn — because crowd reaction is one of the few available proxies for where a sound came from when the audio record is contested. The acoustic direction of the shot is disputed throughout this investigation.
What a single still can establish is limited. It has no timestamp, no audio, and no reference frame for the moment of the shot, so it cannot fix a sequence on its own.
