The wire caption is why this frame is the anchor of the set. It reads: "September 10, 2025, Orem, Utah, USA: George Zinn is taken into custody by campus security following the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk during a public event at Utah Valley University. At the time of the arrest, Zinn was identified as the alleged shooter. He was later released and subsequently arrested on unrelated charges. Law enforcement confirmed that the actual suspect remained at large during this initial response."

That is a professional news agency, writing at the time, stating four things: the date and place, the name it attaches to the man, that he was initially treated as the alleged shooter, and that law enforcement knew the actual suspect was still at large during this response. A wire caption is a contemporaneous report by the agency rather than an official record, and the identification in it is the agency's.
