Detainee Guided Into the Cruiser
What This Image Shows
A medium-range frame, softly focused in the way a still pulled from video usually is. A female police officer stands on the sidewalk while a detained person, hands cuffed behind the back, is guided into the rear of a dark police cruiser. A second police vehicle with blue emergency lights is parked along the curb behind them.
This is the same downtown Provo detention documented across the parent cluster, from another camera. This sub-cluster holds the frames that did not make the main set — additional angles, additional officers, the wider street.
They matter because the volume itself is a finding. This arrest, made within about an hour of the shooting at Utah Valley University, was filmed by multiple bystanders from multiple positions, yet the man taken away has never been publicly identified and no charging outcome has been published. Documenting the coverage is how researchers argue there is a records gap rather than a footage gap. He has not been charged in connection with the shooting. See Pellet Gun Man.
