Officer With the Long Gun Behind the Lamppost
What This Image Shows
A vertical medium-wide frame of the active street scene. A dark fluted lamppost stands in the centre, partly blocking a police officer who is holding a long rifle with a wooden stock. Behind them, police vehicles show active red and blue emergency lights.
This is the widest view in the set of the officer holding the recovered item, showing him in relation to the vehicles and the rest of the response rather than cropped to the weapon. The lamppost that obscures him is the same one that anchors the other frames to this location.
Read together, the frames in this sub-cluster document one continuous event: a stop on a downtown sidewalk, a bicycle, a man cuffed and placed in a car, gloved officers collecting something, and a wood-stocked long gun in an officer's hands. That is a well-documented event with no published outcome. The gap between how much footage exists and how little record does is the finding. See Pellet Gun Man and Cover-Up Evidence.
