Officers and a Green Evidence Bag on the Sidewalk
What This Image Shows
An outdoor frame on a brick and concrete sidewalk. Several officers are gathered around an active scene response. One kneels on the pavement in blue medical gloves, holding a bright green bag. The others stand around him, partly blocking the background.
The green bag is the detail that recurs across this sub-cluster. Its repeated appearance in the hands of a gloved, kneeling officer is consistent with evidence collection or packaging at the point of the stop.
That is what makes these frames worth keeping. Something was recovered on this sidewalk in Provo within about an hour of the shooting, handled in gloves and bagged in the open, and the item circulated afterward as a .177 break-barrel air rifle. No public record of what was booked, or under what case number, has been produced. Nothing here identifies anyone or establishes what the bag contained. See Pellet Gun Man and Guns and Ballistics.
