A screenshot of a post on X by the verified account **Cabot Phillips (@cabot_phillips)**. The text is a public response denying an allegation that he was at Fort Huachuca on September 8 or 9, and stating that he was at home in Nashville, Tennessee.

Beneath the text, the media attachment is split into two panels. Fort Huachuca is the U.S. Army Intelligence Center in Sierra Vista, Arizona, and it recurs across several strands of this investigation, including a reported September 8 to 9, 2025 gathering of officers and the SAM 99-0404 aircraft movements. An independent open-source investigator has since claimed the carpet pattern, dark trim and wall colour in this footage resemble Fort Huachuca interiors — one account's visual reading, contested, unverified, and not a forensic match or a court finding.
