Early News Feed Naming a Released Suspect

A dark-mode news-aggregator feed with four items, all posted within hours of each other on the day of the shooting. A Threads item reads: "BREAKING NEWS Update: FOX RENO 11 Misidentified Charlie Kirk suspected shooter. Another suspected shooter has been confirmed as Zachariah Ahmed Qureshi but reportedly has been released and the shooter remains at large." A Pravda item reads: "The FBI detainee for Kirk's murder is Zakaria Ahmed Qureshi, 25 years old." A JFeed item reads: "Reports: Suspect in Charlie Kirk Murder is Zachariah Ahmed Qureshi — Unverified reports claim identity of killer." A second Pravda item names "Zachary Ahmed Qureshi from Salt Lake City, Utah" and adds employment details.
Read the four together and the picture is of a name spreading across outlets in different countries, in four different spellings, inside a few hours — with one of those same items already reporting a prior misidentification by a television station.
The man named here was released without charge and was not the shooter. That is the central fact of this image, and it is why the screenshot is preserved: it documents how fast an incorrect identification travelled while a search was still under way.
