Circled Object in a Fleeing Crowd Frame

What This Image Shows​

A heavily compressed vertical video grab of a paved area. In the upper midground a person in a dark shirt and a bright red cap runs toward the top left, arm out for balance, casting a hard shadow. In the lower midground a second man, shirtless, runs in the same direction bent forward mid-stride, and in his right hand is a dark elongated object that somebody has ringed with a thick hand-drawn red circle. A large out-of-focus black shape blocks the lower left corner. The visible watermark text is partial and reads in part "@INSTHINAIR."

The red circle is the entire claim: the person who published this frame is asserting the object resembles a handgun. At this resolution, with this much motion blur, that is an interpretation and not an identification — the same pixel cluster could be a phone, a bottle or a bag strap.

Nothing here establishes what the object is, who either runner is, or that either did anything unlawful. It is filed because circled-object frames were widely shared in the days after September 10, 2025 and readers deserve to see the actual image quality behind them.
