Facebook Posts and the I Was There Comment

The right panel is a comment thread, mostly supportive replies from named accounts. One comment is boxed in thick red and pointed at by a large red arrow. It reads: "Sadly I was there when Charlie was shot. I have to wonder how high up the idea came to install the pavers." The reference to pavers connects to the separate question elsewhere in this investigation about the hardscaping installed in the plaza area before the event.
This is a self-statement of presence, posted publicly by the account holder, and that is what makes it evidence — it is his own account of where he was, not somebody else's claim about him. Expressing political opinions on social media is lawful and unremarkable, and nothing in these posts indicates knowledge of or involvement in anything.
