Burton Hibbs and the Contracted May 2025 Claim

Citizen-research collage combining a mirror selfie, a Facebook profile card for Burton Hibbs III and a close-up of a high-visibility safety vest

What This Image Shows

A citizen-research collage on a black background. The left side is a mirror selfie of a bearded, muscular man in jeans holding a phone. The right side carries a cropped Facebook profile card for "Burton Hibbs III" and a close-up photograph of a high-visibility safety vest showing a corporate logo. Bold text runs across the top and bottom of the graphic identifying the subject and stating "Contracted May 2025."

The claim being made is a contracting one: that a named individual was working under a contract from May 2025, months before the September 10 event. That matters to researchers because the construction and hardscaping work carried out around the venue is a live thread in this investigation, and because the file separately records material about a man referred to as Butch Hibbs and his family connections.

Holding a construction contract is entirely lawful and ordinary. Nothing in this graphic establishes that the contract relates to the event site, that the man pictured was present on September 10, 2025, or that he did anything wrong, and no such allegation is made here. See Butch Hibbs for the profile, the related family graphic in this cluster, and UVU for the construction thread.
