The captions are the whole argument. The left panel is labelled with a garbled version of Charlie Kirk's name; the right reads "Robbie Parker — FATHER OF SHOOTING VICTIM." Setting the two frames side by side, with those labels, is how the "same person" claim was propagated.
That claim is unsubstantiated. It rests entirely on the two men looking alike in low-resolution frames captured thirteen years apart, and no record, document or authority supports it. Robbie Parker's identity and the death of his daughter are matters of public record; the man on the left has never been shown to be anyone other than who he says he is.
